Track Your Orders
To track your orders, you can:
- Create an account to view all your orders in one place
- Use your order number and email to track without an account (see below)
- Check your email for tracking information sent when your order ships
Tracking Your Order
When Will I Receive Tracking Information?
- Order Confirmation: You'll receive an email immediately after placing your order
- Processing: Your order is being prepared (1-2 business days)
- Shipping Notification: Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking information
- Tracking Updates: You'll receive updates as your package moves through the shipping network
What Information Will I Receive?
Your shipping notification email will include:
- Tracking number
- Carrier name (USPS, FedEx, UPS, etc.)
- Link to track your package
- Estimated delivery date
- Shipping address confirmation
How to Use Your Tracking Number
Method 1: Click the Tracking Link
The easiest way is to click the tracking link in your shipping notification email. This will take you directly to the carrier's tracking page.
Method 2: Visit the Carrier's Website
You can also track your package by:
- Going to the carrier's website (USPS, FedEx, UPS, etc.)
- Entering your tracking number in the tracking field
- Viewing real-time updates on your package's location
Method 3: Use Your Account
If you have an account, you can track orders directly from your account dashboard without needing to enter tracking numbers manually.
Understanding Tracking Status
Here's what different tracking statuses mean:
- Order Confirmed: Your order has been received and is being processed
- Processing: Your order is being prepared for shipment
- Shipped: Your order has left our warehouse and is on its way
- In Transit: Your package is moving through the carrier's network
- Out for Delivery: Your package is on the delivery truck and will arrive today
- Delivered: Your package has been delivered to the specified address
Tracking Updates
Tracking information is updated in real-time by the carrier. Updates typically include:
- Package location
- Estimated delivery date
- Delivery status
- Delivery attempts (if applicable)
- Delivery confirmation
Note: Tracking updates may take a few hours to appear after your order ships. If you don't see updates immediately, please check back in a few hours.
International Order Tracking
For international orders, tracking works the same way, but you may see additional statuses:
- Customs Clearance: Your package is being processed by customs
- In Transit to Destination Country: Package is on its way to your country
- Arrived at Destination Country: Package has arrived in your country
- Out for Delivery: Package is being delivered locally
International tracking may have longer gaps between updates due to customs processing and international shipping networks.
Common Tracking Issues
Tracking Number Not Working
If your tracking number isn't working:
- Wait a few hours - tracking may not be active immediately after shipping
- Double-check the tracking number for typos
- Make sure you're using the correct carrier's website
- Contact us if the issue persists
No Tracking Updates
If tracking shows no updates:
- Carriers may not scan packages at every location
- Updates may be delayed during peak shipping seasons
- International packages may have longer gaps between updates
- Contact the carrier directly if you're concerned
Package Shows Delivered But Not Received
If your package shows as delivered but you haven't received it:
- Check with neighbors or building management
- Look around your property (porch, mailbox, etc.)
- Contact the carrier directly
- Contact our customer service team if the package cannot be located
Delivery Notifications
Many carriers offer delivery notifications. You can:
- Sign up for text or email alerts from the carrier
- Set up delivery preferences (delivery location, time, etc.)
- Request delivery instructions
- Authorize package release (if available in your area)
Check with your carrier for available notification and delivery options.
