We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward returns and refunds process.
Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy on eligible items. To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unopened and in their original packaging
- Items must be in new, unused condition
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery
- Original proof of purchase is required
For health and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned once opened. These include:
- Intimate products that have been opened or used
- Personal care items
- Items that cannot be resold for hygiene reasons
How to Return an Item
Returning an item is easy. Follow these steps:
- Log into your account and go to "My Orders"
- Select the order containing the item you wish to return
- Click "Return Item" and select the reason for return
- Print the return label that will be provided
- Package the item securely in its original packaging
- Attach the return label to the package
- Drop off at a carrier location or schedule a pickup
You'll receive email confirmation once we receive your return.
Return Shipping
Free Returns
We offer free return shipping on eligible items. A prepaid return label will be provided when you initiate a return.
Return Shipping Costs
In some cases, return shipping may be deducted from your refund:
- If the return is due to a change of mind (not a defect or error)
- If the original shipping was free and the return is not due to our error
- For international returns, customs fees may apply
If the return is due to our error or a defective product, we'll cover all return shipping costs.
Refund Process
Processing Time
Once we receive your returned item:
- We'll inspect the item within 2-3 business days
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days
- You'll receive an email confirmation when the refund is processed
Refund Method
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method:
- Credit/Debit Cards: 7-10 business days after processing
- PayPal: 3-5 business days after processing
- Other Payment Methods: Processing times may vary
Note: The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.
Refund Amounts
Full Refunds
You'll receive a full refund (minus return shipping if applicable) for:
- Defective or damaged items
- Wrong items received
- Items that don't match the description
- Returns due to our error
Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may apply for:
- Items returned due to change of mind (original shipping costs may be deducted)
- Items that show signs of use or damage not present at shipping
- Missing parts or accessories
Exchanges
We currently don't offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item:
- Return the original item using our return process
- Once the return is processed, place a new order for the item you want
- Your refund will be applied to the new order

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item:
- Contact us immediately (within 48 hours of delivery)
- Take photos of the damage or defect
- We'll arrange a replacement or full refund
- We'll cover all return shipping costs
We take quality seriously and will make it right if you receive a faulty product.
Wrong Items Received
If you receive the wrong item:
- Contact us immediately
- We'll send you the correct item right away
- You can keep the incorrect item or return it (we'll provide a prepaid label)
- No additional charges will apply
International Returns
For international orders:
- Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error
- Customs fees paid on the original order are non-refundable
- Return processing may take longer due to international shipping
- Please ensure items are properly declared for customs on return
We recommend using a tracked shipping method for international returns.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned for health and safety reasons:
- Opened intimate products
- Used personal care items
- Items without original packaging
- Items damaged by misuse
- Digital products or downloadable content
- Gift cards
